Will Marketing die?

That's interesting. Marketing is about of creating value. That means someone try to create valuable product for you. Someone better knows you than you knows yourself. Or just force us to be a proper consumer?

One example from history, do you know that a habit of clearing the teeth on the daily basis was promoted by Claude C. Hopkins? One of the most famous US advertising executive. That was "Pepsodent".

Recently one smart guy decided that we do not need to close our applications in smartphones as well as "Backspace" button. Steve Jobs. iProducts. One habit replaces another one.

It is not about good or bad things that had been created. It is about our real needs.

I wish to see in the future that customer has real a bargain buyer power, in words of classic theory. To my humble opinion first trends are the wish list services like www.wishlist.com or something like "Want" button.

I wish to see that producers do not create box products, but fragmented in order to customise the offer in real-time.

The Marketing is dead, long live the Customering!
