I just wonder how many phone subscribers do the world has
today. When I searched the web, I found out that in the end of 2011, number of
mobile phone subscriber in the world has exceeded 6 billion subscriptions. In
comparison with world population that has 6.97 billion people. That means
around 100 people 86 people has mobile phone subscription. That is a huge number and is expected to increase in exponential growth. Then you can imagine how many subscribers will be in the future.
The power of mobile is truly potential for marketing. Channel
of mobile marketing has 3 types, that is Mobile Web Browser, Web Apps, and
Native Apps. All of the types support different preferences from customers.
Sure we have to find out which is the best channel to provide this marketing
strategy focus on mobile platform.
