Facebook Privacy

         There are so many different marketing related to Internet and E-business, Therefor there is only on platform and Marketing which attracte more than 1billion users ervery day. Those platforms are the social medias. Facebook is the perfect example of the social media. First website on internet and amount of users, every users interact with each other more important with brands.

       Facebook is one of the best way for the brands to interact with their fans, in cost efficency way, a trust from user more sensitive to the relationship with their favorite brands ( inbound Marketing ) and in a bigger amount of users.

This ideal relationship would have been perfect is Facebook would have not changed their privacy policy. Therefore the problem exist from the beginning. It is clearly written in the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities:

" You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook (IP License)."

You can't retroactively change that agreement with a status update! That being said: Facebook's license ends when you delete your intellectual property, so they're unlikely to use your photos or status updates without obtaining permission first.

Which means that Facebook has publicly traded stock which doesn't affect its copyright or privacy guidelines;

 Users are already, explicitly, allowing the use of your intellectual property and informations under a specific set of agreed-upon guidelines from the contract.

Those Data are now more and more used by all kind of companies in order to analyze deeply consumers. Those Technologies are the EDI : Electronic Data Interchange. Thanks to it, company will go more and more closers to customers needs, location, moods...

This is one of the developing future of E-business.
