Privacy and "Human Flesh Search"

"Human Flesh Search" (Chinese: 人肉搜索) is a primarily Chinese internet phenomenon of massive researching using Internet media such as blogs and forums.
The history of "Human Flesh Search" only dated back to 2006, however, in the 6 years, this "Human Flesh Search" is more and more popular in China and cause more and more social concern. 
The initial intention of "Human Flesh Search" is to find out those who violate social moral but not yet been punished through legal channel and give them moral condemnation. This initial purpose for such kind of search is good, which is to help social moral atmosphere. However, because in the process of "Human Flesh Search", it involves too many people, and some maybe are not well-intended at all. And to the target of "Human Flesh Search", this search often brings them great trouble even hurt -- all of their privacy can be exposed: their personal information, carrier information and even the whole information of their families! In some cases, the information young children of the search target even been exposed to the public which consist great threaten to their security. And there are often some cases that proved later the blame to the search target was unfair.
People are often willing to implementing justice,however, it's really hard to control the boundary of punishing evil, and in many cases, those implementing "Human Flesh Search" are actually violate the privacy of others and often bring great hurt to others, including some innocent ones.
