The Chinese leading online company's personalization

I was reading Ctrip(China's leading online tourism website, listed on Nasdaq)'s annual report this week, actually they are doing really well in recent years, what amazeed me a lot is that they are branding the leading online tourism website but only no more than 20% of its revenue come from packaged-tour, instead hotel reservation and air-ticket booking ocupied 80% of its revenue. That means it still have a large potentiality to go in this vast market. The company had a good personalization because in our mind, it is always blue color style and always business related feelings, I wonder good companies make money but you didn't notice it, just like google, they do simple style work, makes tons of money but few people know how it earned.
