Web Mystery Shoppers

There are some ways to measure whether customers get satisfied with our business or not.  One of them is "Ghost Shopping." This way is used for physical stores. The most famous example should be Michelin. Michelin sends mystery  shoppers to many restaurants and measure their performance in terms of customer satisfaction (e.g. food, service, cleanliness). Then finally, give them single, double, triple or no stars. (the restaurants are not paying though..)

There is also a similar thing for the web. A company, named Web Mystery Shoppers, is offering such a service. The company hires people and ask them to try to use customers' web sites, and give the customers feedback. Therefore, customers can know what points are not good for users. That will make the E-business better and bring more customer loyalty to the service users.
