On our last class we learned many things about how to create customer loyalty, but there was a question Why do people behave this way to be the first ones to buy new iPad or iPhone ? How do they do it ?
Infarct why do you have iPhone ?

I cant really say that , i fully agree with him. But it certainly gives you an idea or inspire you to think . He is one the most inspiring people for me !
