Why Daiwa House? (なんでダイワハウスなんだ?)


I would like to introduce my company, Daiwa House as a one of the best viral marketing campaign. Daiwa House is the largest housing construction companies in Japan with sales over 1.6trillion yen in 2011.

The feature of marketing strategy in my company is TV Commercials.

As you can see, this commercial just focuses on the Corporate Name.
As the house is very expensive product, almost all the customers negotiate with several housing companies. The more number of the customers know our corporate name, the more business chance we can have. We have aired impression CM series since 2004, and not only media but also SNS (twitter, facebook) have talked about our company favorably.

The CM series have also had good effect on the sales, and by looking at the result of employees’ survey, a lot of employees like the CM series and feel the loyalty to our company.
