The 4 C's In the Customer point of view

With the technology nowadays it make our life more convenience get access to the internet and to product we want. But before we purchase any kind of products as a customer point of view we would consider about the 4 C's first which are as follow:

1. Customer Solution
Before we purchase anything we might want to ask ourself first that is this product going to solve the     problem that we are facing now. For example most people like to read books and surf online outside their house so this is where smart phone and tablets come into play. 

2. Customer Cost
Now that smart phone and tablets are invented what about the cost? Are we as a consumers willing to pay for something that is a bit costly or not. Will the paying for this product worth it or not.

3. Convenience
If as a consumer we think that the cost is not a big problem then it is worth of buying which will make your life easier in getting to access to what ever purpose you are looking forward to do.

4. Communication
Once the products are invented how can companies communicate with customer that they have this great product and would like to distribute them into the market. Does they have a good after sale service if the product have problem. How can we as a customer reach the companies.

In conclusion, the 4 C's are also really important in the view of consumer before they purchase any kind of product to suite their needs.
