Listening to customer

Advertisers said that they understand their consumer. The need of the customer, what they want, when it times, and so on. They track their consumer behavior from the internet, the member card, the credit card etc. They had plenty of data of the consumer and they think that they understand their consumer very well. Actually, they are not. The important thing of consumer point of view is left behind - listening to customer. Of course some advertiser said that they are listening to what consumer said. They provide more service and more supplement things of the products and service, and sometimes they offer bonuses for free. Do they listened their consumer? Watch this show.
