Use persuasive contents to improve customer experience

 I found an article by Kyle Mac Nabb discussing how marketers can improve the customer experiences by putting more  emphasis on using content to hep customers - whether in the form of providing helpful information on purchase or delivering easy-t0-use content for customer self service. This sounds quite common sense to me, but at the same time it rings true that quite a few internet marketers have taken content management for granted.
