Last week (or maybe the one before) Motorola released the Droid phone featuring Google's Android 2.0 operating system. So the epic battle between iPhone and Android rages on. TechCrunch did a pretty good 2 part review comparing the Droid and iPhone 3GS, see here and here. They also reached a pretty interesting conclusion (which I totally agree), but I'll leave it for you to find out what it is : )

It is interesting to know that iPhone had more application in store more than the Android phone. Based on my previous assumption of the open source advantage would make Android phone a winner in terms of application numbers.
However, we will have to wait an see. Maybe this is the start of the great battle!
