First of all, thank you so much for this useful video clip. I enjoyed watching it very much.

From this video clip, we can see that there are several value propositions derived from customers. Each customer has different preferences toward each specific value. For example, If I want to purchase goods form a particular website, I have to be absolutely certain that my personal information including my credit card number or personal ID number would be kept confidentially. Therefore, security is the most importance factor among value prepositions.

Different customers have different preferences and opinions toward their value prepositions. In order for the company to successfully persuade customers, they have to perform in-depth analysis on customer behaviors to find out which kinds of needs they have to satisfy, what are the products or service customers are looking for, etc. After the company received all necessary data, they should make offerings to potential customers, which hopefully, will become long-time customers.
