This article is particularly interesting especially mentioning it is doing well with Smart Phone category despite the iPhone 4 antenna incident that resulted a large uproar against the company.

One thing that I observed throughout the years of being an Apple fan is that Steve Job's and his team were particularly amazing in several important area:

1. Knowing exactly the segment they want to tackle and they will know exactly what these customers want and need (example: Most of the high-end graphics users are Mac lovers).

2. Knowing how to package everyyhing together even though they are not the first one that throw it out to market. In particular, Apple is expert in packaging its non-product components like pre/post sale services to meet the needs of its target consumers.

3. Knowing how to promote their products, just like the "I'm a Mac" series (you can find it here on YouTube) TV commericals that targets all the "bad" things of Wintel PCs.
