hi Kabir,
thanks for interesting video. People become more strong attachment by personalization and customization. Now, i still cannot clarify them. Some mobile phone provide not only function customization but also one for appearance. Teenager relatively prefer this. In this way, people create their "own" mobile phone.

They are real cool. They are good examples of personalization and customization. Customer can create whatever they want according to their personal interest and desire on mobile. Moreover, customers can choose the price plan based on their usage and frequency of contact while they buy new mobiles. It is a way of customization.
