Smart Pit + Mobile Phones -> Value conflict ?

Mitsui Liquefied Gas and NTT Comware provide Smart Pit service
for billing of LPG gas by mobile phone.

If we do not think carefully about which level of the system
component protects what personal information ,
we might say like following.

If the private information in the mobile phone is not
secured carefully, some customer might think mobile phone
violates Smart-pit's value "anonimous".
"Can we keep our indivisual information anonimous with mobile phone?"
----------

But this is not the case of a value conflict.
I am sure this business model is considering customer privacy
very carefully and provide high level customer service
because they install software which creates Smart Pit
card number only in the salesman's mobile phone and
the customer uses Smart Pit as "anonimous" as usual.

The value "anonimous" has not changed.
