RFID Mexico & Spain

RFID Implants in Mexico and Spain

The Wikipedia article about Radio-frequency identification chips briefly mentions that the Mexican Attorney General's office implanted this technology to some members of the staff to give them access to restricted data rooms some years ago. It also explains that some European night clubs use these chips on clients to pay for their drinks.

Then, I checked some websites and I was able to find a picture of the procedure that the Mexican Attorney General, Rafael Macedo de la Concha, had to go through to get the chip implanted; and also a video of a customer getting the chip implanted in his arm in the Baja Beach Club in Barcelona, Spain.
