Hi all,
I just accidentally found another online encyclopedia, 'Citizendium'. This project, started by a founder of Wikipedia, aims to improve on the Wikipedia model by adding "gentle expert oversight" and requiring contributors to use their real names. I think this is another type of 'Lead User', by using the savvy Internet expert to post their own project or articles and keep them active.
