TOTO Ltd. is a maker of toilets, shower and bath units. Since 1999, it has been operating "COM-ET," an information provision service. After the system was established, as the number of members increased, COM-ET developed into an eCRM service. The company currently offers a variety of services to around 30,000 members. In November 2001, TOTO expanded it's the scope of the system to include consumers as well, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.
