In Japan, all the operators have sepcific mobile phones for kids.
Not like Disney, Japanese mobile opreators didn't allow partent to track voice, text, video and picture messages on their children's calls. (Becasue of privacy issue?)However, all the kid's phones have GPS tracking capability.
