Next Customer Service

Customer service truly plays a major role in helping customer to achieve products or services satisfaction. Nowadays companies have tried to leverage their level of customer service with the use of high technology. The purpose is to give customers overall good insight with the companies and after they try their services or products and will come again to purchase the same products or services in the future. Other purpose is also one of the marketing tool to promote their implementation of using new technology ahead from other competitors.

The use of holographic customer service is one of the examples. Many airports in the United States have already implemented talking hologram employees. It is not just give customers the general information, but also act as attraction of new experience to their customers.

In the future, I think we will see many form of holographic service not just from the companies’ customer service but also from the entertainment industry like concert by using 3D holographic characters. We are now stepping into the Star Wars World.
